Who is behind the Property Buying Expert?
My name is George Nicola; I am the engine behind TALLBOX Property.
Graduated BA(Hons) Interior Design in London (2007) straight after college, I opened my interior design studio.
At 2009 I enrolled in a college to study Marketing and Psychology (remotely), while I was running my design agency. Between 2008 and 2017 I participated and helped some investors and home-buyers to find their dream homes.
For these nine years, I have realised that the whole process of searching, negotiating, buying and setting up the property was something that I was good at.
During all these property acquisitions deals I was annoyed by the stigma that is stuck in the traditional real estate brokerage.
This made me re-think my career path, by pushing the boundaries further and improving the property buyers experience of purchasing.
This is how the Property Buying Expert in the North West UK was born in January 2018.
What is Property buying expert?
In other words, this is a property buyer’s agent service. A person that represents the buyer’s entrusted interest in real estate acquisitions. We search, evaluate, negotiate and move forward the purchase of the property on behalf of a property buyer.
Steps of buying a property with property buying agent.
I begin by uncovering the buyer’s needs and main goal. This may include budget, time schedule, criteria, location, needs.
Once I find a suitable property, I will schedule an appointment with the local agent for virtual viewing.
This is one of its kind of service that I offer. Perhaps no other buying agent will be able to accomplish the Feasibility stage the way I do.
My years of experience dealing with architectural and design projects pays off here. Extensive arsenal of tools, checklists and technological systems will help us to achieve the right price and the future perspective of the property.
If the property fills all boxes in the checklist after the viewing, we should plan a second meeting with the local agent and this time physically visit the property together with the home buyer.
When all sides are pleased with the viewing, I will advise the buyer on an appropriate price to offer and will move-forward an offer to purchase the property to the estate agent.
If rejected, the offer will be renegotiated by Me or alternative property will be suggested.

When contracts are exchanged, I have the system in place or organise your move. I have great relationships with local contractors, real estate solicitors, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, movers and more.
